Online training course design to increase understanding of the VMI program for new stores onboarding the program. This training is directed toward store, regional, and district managers.

Quick Launch Summary

This interactive online training program is designed for individuals who work in the wireless retail industry and would like to become more knowledgeable in retail sales techniques and industry specific product information allowing for improved sales potential and increased commission streams. The program consists of over 20 courses offering valuable information to expand wireless industry knowledge, provide selling strategies and techniques, and product positioning.

Available as a value added agenda item during an already scheduled yearly or bi-yearly Store Manager or Regional meeting. Participants will learn more about Brightstar’s wireless vendor product line-ups, new and unique products, as well as helpful tips geared toward maximizing sales. Key vendors may provide product seeding and/or attend based on availability.

Participants will be exposed to the same core aspects of the Advanced Wireless Sales Training but in a more condensed time frame. This course delivers the key elements to becoming a Trusted Advisor and Solution Provider in the increasingly competitive wireless marketplace. Course line-up includes wireless sales training, basic product positioning, best practices, role playing introduction, and valuable information that can be used to increase attachment rates, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Brightstar accessories training is on the move! Training will include two hours of consultative training and two hours of product training to help sales associates and managers learn how to become a trusted advisor and solution provider while learning about vendor product line-ups, new and unique products, and tips geared towards maximizing sales. Participants will not only gain valuable sales insight, but also build brand and product Knowledge.

Participants will learn the tools to help Team Members take their sales game to the next level. This program provides strategies, techniques, and information that can be effectively passed on to Team Members helping them to make buying easy through becoming Trusted Advisors. Course line-up includes wireless sales training, product positioning, best practices, role play scenarios, accountability and motivation approaches as well as tools, techniques and resources that can immediately be put into practice to positively affect sales goals and enthusiasm.

Participants will discover the key elements to becoming Trusted Advisors in the wireless industry, gain valuable sales skills and product knowledge, learn how to generate repeat business, and create a buying environment that yields three accessories and $45 in profit for every phone out the door.
